Change is constant. During the seasons the world changes its position with respect to the sun and thus the sun has an effect upon the position of the moon. Due to the slant of the earths axis the seasons in the UK enjoy a great deal of change with temperatures ranging from below freezing to the 80’s Fahrenheit and the wind, rain, snow and sunshine are present in varying degrees of intensity.
Above are 366 images taken from exactly the same spot and of exactly the same scene over the period of one year between 12th February 2008 and 11th February 2009. This collection of images shows the change of the conditions from day to day, of the weather and of the tides.
